Sheet Extrusion
Flat sheet extrusion is a manufacturing technology used to produce a flat sheet of material for thermoforming applications. The process starts with plastic resin, which is melted and pushed through a flat die. After this, it passes through chilled rolls in a calendering process that gives the sheet its final thickness and appearance.

DI Washing
DI washing, or washing with deionized (DI) water is a method for creating ultra clean parts for electronic or medical applications. Alcami offers DI washing as a post-production service in a class 100 cleanroom to help pack your parts to meet all their necessary cleanliness requirements.
